A YEAR OF EXCITEMENT AT KING BLUE CONDOS

It’s been an exciting year full of new launches, happy purchasers and star-studded events at the corner of King Street West and Blue Jays Way in Toronto’s Entertainment District.

King Blue Condos has seen some thrilling times in 2013, and as we venture into 2014 we’re looking forward to another year of success to welcome our future residents in the heart of the city.

Here’s a look back at some of the moments that shined for an unforgettable year.

Grand Opening Celebration with Wendel Clark

In April we welcomed condo buyers and hockey fans to our public Grand Opening event with an “I Got Game”-themed afternoon of exclusive purchasing incentives and an exciting guest appearance. The team was thrilled to welcome Canadian hockey legend and former Toronto Maple captain Wendel Clark to pose for photos with fans and sign King Blue hockey pucks for new purchasers.

Westinghouse Lofts Launch

Over the summertime we took King Blue up another notch with decked out loft-style living. The release of Westinghouse Lofts in the podium features one and two-bedroom suites with high ceilings, large balconies and extra-wide wood laminate floors for lofty living surrounded by all the conveniences and amenities of downtown Toronto living.

T Dot TV TIFF Lounge

All eyes were on King West as the Toronto International Film Festival rolled into town, and this year King Blue claimed its spot among the must-visited festival venues with the TDot TV Lounge. Our Presentation Centre was transformed to welcome celebrity guests such as Kardinal Offishall, Shannon Tweed and Tonya Lee Williams as they indulged in VIP gift bags and toured the model suite.

Nella Bella Bags Campaign Shoot

It’s well known in the city that King Blue’s got style, so when the Canadian handbag company Nella Bella was looking for a chic location to photograph its Spring/Summer 2014 collection, they choose our model suite. We can just picture fashionable residents walking the King Blue lobby halls with their Nella Bella bags in the near future.

Nuit Blanche Celebration with Shakespeare

King Blue was up all night celebrating Toronto’s favourite arts and culture festival, Nuit Blanche with live performances by actors from Shakespeare in Action. The Presentation Centre became the backdrop for famous plays such as Romeo & Juliet, The Taming of the Shrew, Hamlet and A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Anokhi Magazine Fashion Shoot

Our Presentation Centre at 355 King West is constantly being photographed by interested buyers and curious passersby, and now it’s even made it into the pages of a fashion magazine. The fall issue of Anokhi Magazine chose King Blue as the backdrop for its fashion spread shot by Mario Miotti and featured some of the most glamorous looks of the season.
