LIVING GREEN AND WELL AT KING BLUE

Where once stood only the bricks and mortar of an old warehouse will soon be a vibrant new community adorned with trees, shrubbery, flowers, waterfalls and tranquil landscaping. Creating the majestic urban oasis that will become King Blue’s outdoor terrace is not only destined to become a pleasing amenity for residents and guests, but an integral part of King Blue’s commitment to the environment.

As the community is subscribing to a green philosophy throughout the entire development journey, King Blue chooses to continue this consciousness into the future. Like its future residents and neighbours in Toronto, King Blue is dedicated to environmental awareness from the recycling programs and watering systems to be installed throughout the building, to all the materials, features and finished that will be part of the build.

Our goal is to add to the urban fabric of the King West neighbourhood with the responsibility of promoting on-site programs with high environmental standards. After all in a vertical living environment such as King Blue, perhaps the most important element of all is the living.
