Patio

The air is warm, the sun is shining and there’s no excuse to stay indoors. Some of the city’s best patios are just outside your door at King Blue Condos in the King West neighbourhood and there’s a table waiting for you. Kick back with a cocktail after work, or plan a weekend meal al fresco at these local outdoor spots. Summer won’t last forever so go soon!

Spice Route

For summer lounging in style, Spice Route’s Asian-themed courtyard patio is our go-to spot for celebrating with a lychee martini and Kung Pao chicken. 499 King Street West.

Gusto 101

The retractable patio roof at Gusto 101 means the feel of outdoor dining is extended even when things get chilly in Toronto. It’s definitely something to clink glasses of house made wine to with “Cent anni!” over some pizza and pasta. 101 Portland Street.

Brassaii

In a discreet courtyard off King St. you’ll discover the European charm of Brassaiis wrought iron gates and brick courtyard. It’s a popular outdoor weekend brunch spot, and boasts an impressive wine list. 461 King Street West.

Bier Markt on King

This beer haven has one of the largest patios in the King West area, and is busiest in the early afternoon when the sun shines brightest. With more than 100 beers from 24 countries on the menu you can definitely enjoy an afternoon here with friends people-watching. 600 King Street West.

Wayne Gretzky’s

The Oasis wood-plank rooftop patio is packed almost every night of the week in the summertime, and acts as the unofficial patio of the King Blue neighbourhood. We recommend heading here before or after catching the Jays at the nearby Rogers Centre and appreciate the view with a beer on tap. 99 Blue Jays Way.

O&B Canteen

A crowd of TIFF Bell Lightbox movie buffs, theatre goers, local corporate types and more enjoy O&B Canteen‘s sidewalk patio right on King St. West. It’s become an anchor in the Entertainment District for a casual bite to eat in between catching one of the city’s top cultural performances. 330 King Street West.
