Breakfast, lunch or dinner – Tamara had seen a transition over time, which has her paying sharp attention to traveler trends and guest expectations. As food and beverage manager at Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Downtown, for over eight years, she has more and more people asking for special menus, as food sensitivities and allergies are becoming all too common.

As a result, the Marquis Bistro and Lounge located on the second floor at the Hilton Garden Inn, caters to a wide variety of tastes. “The menu is designed to accommodate business clientele during the week and sees many more couples and families throughout the weekend,” she said.

Monday through Thursday, the Marquis hosts plenty of business lunches and dinners, corporate client meetings and receptions. Regardless of the individual or group, a meal, a gathering or an area festival,  Chef Simon Jones of the Marquis wears many hats. “The corporate guests really need a diverse variety for eating and entertaining,” said Chef Simon.
